Welcome to Old Glory Laser Works

During the initial consultation, we will discuss your project requirements, design specifications.  and provide an estimated cost.

A 50% non-refundable down payment is required for all custom orders before any design or production work begins. The payment ensures your place in our production schedule and covers the cost of materials and initial labor.

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, Paypal, Venmo, and Bank Transfer. Cash payments are accepted for local orders.

Cancellation before production: If you cancel your order before production has started, you will forfeit your 50% down payment. If production has started and you wish to make changes to your order, we will do our best to accomodate these changes without additional charges.

Completed orders: Custom orders are non-refundable once production is complete.  If there is an error on our part, such as incorrect spelling or design, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  We will require photos of the defective item and will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Custom engraved products are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or error caused by Old Glory Laser Works.
